It is a sad reality that in today’s education system, there are no proper guidelines or clear concepts. Most school management’s focus only on academics and have no understanding of Islamic education and values.

Everyone is running behind academic excellence without considering the needs and limitations of children. Even parents lack proper awareness, and they continue to burden children with excessive knowledge without understanding their choices and capacity.

In this system, the child who bears the pressure and memorizes is considered excellent, while the one who cannot is labeled as a “slow learner” or “weak.” Many talented children lose the love of parents, the respect of society, and are wrongly judged.

Iqra observed these problems and compared the situation with the time of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). During that time, every companion was taught according to his capacity, interest, and ability. As a result, some became scholars of Qur’an, some experts of Hadith, some commanders, and each one was successful. None of them were ever called weak or slow learners.

Iqra aims to integrate academics with the Qur’an and Sunnah, eliminating shirk and creating a balanced and holistic education. The curriculum is divided into 12 small, manageable sections in a year.

Alhamdulillah, through this system students have developed interest in learning, parents have gained confidence, and a strong community has been built.
